For a one night exhibition at Green Ray, Adham Faramawy, Caspar Heinemann and Jala Wahid are collaborating on a work in response to extracts from Heinemann’s dissertation text titled, ‘FUCKING PANSIES: Queer Poetics, Plant Reproduction, Plant Poetics, Queer Reproduction’.
Adham Faramawy is an artist based in London. His work spans media including moving image, sculptural installation and print, engaging and using technology to discuss issues of embodiment and identity construction.
Jala Wahid is an artist based in London. She graduated in 2014 from Goldsmiths College and is co-founder of SALT. magazine.
Caspar Heinemann is an artist and writer based in London. Their current research revolves around critical mysticism, countercultural mythologies and queer biosemiotics. They have exhibited internationally, most recently a solo show at Vienna’s Kevin Space, entitled ‘nothing is the end of the world they made’.
